Masterclass:
Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty

The highest-risk, highest-reward injectable treatment in aesthetic medicine. Non-surgical rhinoplasty demands more anatomical precision, more clinical judgement, and more robust emergency preparation than almost any other procedure. This masterclass gives you everything you need to deliver it safely and beautifully.

Prerequisites — All Three Required
Completed PHP Training Academy Dermal Fillers Beginners course (or equivalent with a recognised provider) AND the Advanced Cheek & Tear Through course, PLUS significant independent filler experience treating patients across multiple areas. Non-surgical rhinoplasty is not appropriate for practitioners in the early stages of their filler journey. If you are unsure, contact us before booking — we will advise honestly.
Clinical Safety Note
Non-surgical rhinoplasty carries the highest risk of serious vascular complications of any facial injectable treatment — including vision loss due to the nasal artery's anastomosis with the ophthalmic circulation. This is not said to discourage — it is said because understanding this risk fully is the non-negotiable foundation of safe practice. This masterclass makes that anatomy and those risks completely clear.

About This Masterclass

Non-surgical rhinoplasty — nose reshaping using dermal filler without surgery — is one of the most sought-after procedures in aesthetic medicine. Patients who want to change the appearance of their nose without the recovery, the cost, or the permanence of surgery are increasingly turning to experienced aesthetic practitioners.

The practitioners who deliver this treatment well have one thing in common: they understand the nasal anatomy in forensic detail, they have a clear aesthetic philosophy about what the procedure can and cannot achieve, and they have practised their emergency protocol until it is automatic. This masterclass builds all three.

What You Will Learn

Nasal anatomy — forensic detail
Nasal bones, upper and lower lateral cartilages, septum, dorsum, tip, alar base, columella. The surface landmarks and what they tell you about the underlying structure. Ethnic variations in nasal anatomy and how they change the approach.
Vascular anatomy and danger zones
The dorsal nasal artery, lateral nasal artery, angular artery, and their anastomoses with the ophthalmic circulation via the supratrochlear and supraorbital arteries. Why filler placed in the wrong location can cause retinal artery occlusion and blindness. Injection planes that minimise vascular risk.
Patient selection and assessment
Appropriate candidates versus those who need surgical referral. Previous rhinoplasty surgery considerations. Contraindications. Ethnic anatomy assessment. How to identify patients whose expectations cannot be met with filler alone.
Aesthetic assessment — the rhinoplasty eye
How to assess the nose within the face — facial thirds, nasal thirds, tip projection, alar base width, dorsal height. What makes a natural non-surgical rhinoplasty result versus an operated appearance. Photography and planning.
Product selection
Why product choice matters more in the nose than anywhere else — G prime, cohesivity, and firmness. The risk of using soft products in a high-pressure anatomical space. A comparative review of appropriate products for each nasal area.
Injection technique — area by area
Dorsal augmentation technique, tip refinement injection points, alar base narrowing approach, columella support. Injection depth, volume per bolus, and aspiration practice for each area.
Emergency management — practised until automatic
Recognition of vascular occlusion in the nasal area — skin colour changes, immediate patient symptoms, the timeline for intervention. Emergency hyaluronidase protocol for nasal injection — dose, sites, frequency. When to call emergency services. Documentation requirements post-event.
Consultation, consent and communication
How to conduct the non-surgical rhinoplasty consultation — using digital imaging appropriately, managing expectations about what filler can achieve, the specific consent requirements for this procedure, and communicating the vascular risks clearly without losing the patient's confidence.
